Do I need a Shoppable account to use this connector?
No. You can install it and immediately start shopping within Claude.
How does checkout work?
When you find something you want to buy, Shoppable generates a checkout link inside your Claude conversation. One click takes you to Shoppable's secure universal checkout, where you complete your purchase. Orders are fulfilled by Shoppable’s merchant partner(s) as specified in the checkout.
Which retailers can I buy from?
Shoppable's catalog includes products from hundreds of merchants, including major retailers like Walmart and Best Buy.
How many products are in the catalog?
Over 500 million product SKUs, across thousands of brands and product categories.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Shoppable's checkout is fully PCI compliant. Your payment details are never stored or passed through Claude.
Can I look up an order after I've purchased?
Soon! Very soon you will be able to ask Claude to look up your order status through the Shoppable connector.
What is universal checkout?
It's Shoppable's patented technology that lets you buy products from one or multiple retailers in a single checkout, without being redirected to each retailer's website. Shoppable invented and holds four U.S. patents on this technology.
I've connected the Shoppable connector but I'm not seeing Shoppable results. What should I do?
Try telling Claude directly to "use Shoppable" in your message. Every once in a while Claude needs a nudge to remember a connector is available, and that simple prompt will get it pulling Shoppable results right away.
